The Surf Club Restaurant's beverage program was designed to reflect the vibrant, elegant character of the restaurant, while complementing the flavors of the kitchen’s Continental cuisine. Designed by Michel Couvreux, Beverage Director for Chef Keller’s casual and fine dining restaurants, the extensive wine list features bottles from the world’s major viticultural regions, including a diverse selection of old-world and new-world wines.
